The barrier reef is just at swimming distance, and at the back of the property the lagoon brings you to ancient Mayan canals. The house has many open areas where you can relax, read a book or sunbathe. The roof terrace has exceptional views of both the sea and the lagoon, in which the sun sets, while on the white sandy beach the transparent water constantly invites you to jump in and enjoy.
The living area is at the centre of the house with a large sofa where you can play table games, watch films on a 120″ cinema screen, listen to music, or just enjoy the views of the sea.
The master bedroom with ensuite bathroom has a king-size bed, its own terrace, chairs and hammock.
On the other side 2 further bedrooms have 1 king-size bed and 2 double beds, a big terrace, 2 balconies, and share the bathroom (ecological restrictions of the reserve).
