This partially complete 4* star hotel is a 7 storey structure designed with 60 rooms & suites, and is currently under construction in the South Malé Atoll in the Maldives.
The total project development cost is estimated at approximately $4,000,000.
The total land area is 928 m2 and the total build up area would be 856 m2 comprising 39 standard rooms, 15 deluxe rooms & 6 suites.
The hotel will feature in-house restaurants, spa, swimming pool, a fully equipped dive & water sports center, a hotel shop and most importantly a private beach.
27% of project works are currently completed. Structural work up to 2nd floor have been completed.
As per our forecasted feasibility study, the project NPV is $12.8 million USD, project IRR is 40% and the payback period is 3.59 years.
