All villas are located on the estate which itself is located in the most desirable and convenient northeastern corner of Koh Samui. The estate is managed by a company which is owned by the villa owners and the company not only manages the villa on behalf of the owners, we also ensure that the villas, gardens, pools and common areas are maintained; the villa rental program is efficient and professional; guest stays are well organised and managed and, above all, that our owners’ investments are well looked after. It is therefore a very safe and beneficial structure for the villa owners.
