The resort has been extensively renovated, with 6 new rooms added to the property, as well as a new roof and landscaping having been thoroughly redone.
The hotel has an agency contract with Tui and reserves 6 apartments for their dutch tourists (mostly families with all inclusive packages) on an ongoing basis. Tui could fully occupy the resort with its clients if a new owner would like to, however the current owner's prefer to encourage a variety of international & Brazilian guests with a focus on kite surfing and beach atmosphere.
The property is currently owned by a Brazilian company with 2 English shareholders. A new owner would have the option to purchase the property as part of a share deal and taking over the company, or as a title transfer. Down payment of 20% on contract and the remainder paid within 60 days before the title transfer.

Cumbuco is a small, laid back brazilian beach village only 45 minutes north from the International Airport of Fortaleza. The spectacular sand dunes and the beautiful beach decorated with coconut trees have already achieved legendary status. Around Cumbuco you will find miles and miles of empty perfect beaches for kitesurfing and windsurfing. The sun shines almost all year round with a nice average temperature of 28° C. Even if you are not addicted to kitesurfing there are many other activities you can choose from, such as horseback riding, buggy tours and soon you will be able to play golf on a newly developed course.
Fortaleza is one of Brazil’s largest cities (approximately 2.5 million people), and an economic magnet for people from Ceará and further. It’s also an attraction for tourists from Brazil and overseas, who come for its beaches, party atmosphere and the impressive smaller beach spots, rolling dunes and fishing villages accessible from the city. Temperatures range from 23-31° C with rare exceptions. July - November has virtually no rain. February - May can have its share, but mostly at night.
