The resort is located 10 minutes from the Rainbow Reef, the Soft Coral Capital of the World with 25+ dive and snorkel sites. Known as the soft coral capital of the world, the Rainbow Reef is the jewel of Fiji diving and snorkeling. The myriad of diving and snorkeling sites offers guests the possibility to visit the reef multiple times during their stay. We offer snorkeling experiences directly through the resort and diving experiences through two professional regional dive partners.
26 HECTARE (64 ACRE) DEVELOPMENT OPPORTUNITY
Located on a peninsula of Vanua Levu, opposite Kioa Island, this island resort includes approximately 26 hectares (64 acres) of predominantly usable land. The current resort and infrastructure is entered adjacent to the sandy beach where there is development potential for an additional two 2-bedroom villas and six single bedroom villas yielding an additional 10 bedrooms. As part of the 26 hectare (64 acre) site there is a cleared development site stretching along the upper ridge line which affords 360 degree spectacular views to Viani Bay, Taveuni and Buca Bay.
Town & Country Department planning approval has been granted for the construction of a ridge top restaurant and horizon pool and the initial 6-ridge top villas. The site plan shows the potential to construct 30-single bedroom villas along and around the ridge line.
