TERRACE AREA & INFINITY POOL
The large terrace area of 136 m2 leading to the pool has a 3 meter overhang from the main villa that shades you from the sun.
The three sided salt water infinity swimming pool is 6 meters by 17 meters with 6 power jets and also a 30 cm shallow area of 5 meters by 6 meters. This area of the pool is ideal for dining with the luxury of having your feet in the water when the evening temperature is an average 30°c.
There are a further two en-suite bedrooms of 30m2 each to the rear of the main villa.
PARKING
The covered car parking is 36 m2 and is next to the main entrance allowing access to the main villa and protection from the Tropical rains. It provides ample parking for 2 cars. Additional parking is available for 4 further cars.

The mature gardens are laid mostly to grass, with numerous coconut trees and several banana trees. The borders and walls are mostly hidden behind bougainvillea’s.
There is a private Mangrove of about 200 m2 along the edge of the garden.
