This virgin island is a veritable jewel in the South Pacific and is located far enough from Vanuatu’s Espiritu Santo to be private – yet close enough that you are not totally isolated. Only minutes from the mainland, the island is easily accesible by boat and has ample space for a possible helipad and airstrip.
At 134 hectares, the island offers abundant room to construct a lavish personal retreat or upscale resort and the island’s established coconut plantations allows for self-sufficiency with the use of bio-fuel. A stunning white sandy beach runs along the western face of the island, offering an ideal location for sunseekers. Metres from the island on all sides is deep waters and excellent game fishing grounds.
The island also boasts a picturesque elevated plateau that offers outstanding views of the island itself and out to the surrounding islands and mainland Santo.
